Onboard Chargers (OCs) are the brains behind the WiBotic system. Installed on the robot, UAV or other vehicle, the OC converts wireless power back to DC and provides intelligent battery charging and battery monitoring for fleet-wide power optimization.
All WiBotic OCs can also be used for plug-in or contact based charging through the use of the auxiliary DC input – offering a fully programmable and monitorable option for those who don’t need wireless charging.
The OC-262 is WiBotic’s first passively cooled model for applications where fans are not desired – such as in dusty environment or where there is an opportunity to dissipate system heat through the OC’s aluminum base. The “-ST” sub-model does not have a fully sealed enclosure or waterproof connectors and is therefore commonly installed inside the robot chassis or in indoor environments where a high IP rating is not required. It has an aluminum base for heat dissipation and includes the standard RC-100 receiver antenna.
The OC-262-ST is typically paired with the TR-301 Transmitter to achieve the full 300W output rating.
