Onboard Chargers (OCs) are the brains behind the WiBotic system. Installed on the robot, UAV or other vehicle, the OC converts wireless power back to DC and provides intelligent battery charging and battery monitoring for fleet-wide power optimization.
All WiBotic OCs can also be used for plug-in or contact based charging through the use of the auxiliary DC input – offering a fully programmable and monitorable option for those who don’t need wireless charging.
The OC-251 delivers 250W and up to 12A to the battery and is fully certified for use in the US, Canada, the EU and many other countries under our FCC and CE approvals. The OC-251 is shipped in a compact sheet metal enclosure with a plastic lid and is normally used with the standard or waterproof versions of the RC-100 receiver antenna (quoted separately). Multiple mounting options and customized mounting kits are available for a range of UAVs and robots.
The OC-251 is typically paired with the TR-301 Transmitter to achieve the full 250W output rating.
